The firm Bartko-Reher Antiques insures that the time-historical and military-historical articles from the period from 1933 to 1945 listed in the catalogue are offered only for purposes of the civic enlightenment about contemporary processes, for the defense of unconstitutional efforts and for the scientific, art-historical and uniform-historical research (Paragraph 86a of German Criminal Code StGB). With an order for articles, which are provided with emblems of The Third Reich, the orderer commits himself to acquire these things only for historical-scientific purposes for above-mentioned reasons and not to use these articles propagandistically, particularly in the sense of paragraph 86a of the German Criminal Code StGB.
